Return & Refund Policy – Zedra Fashions

At Zedra Fashions, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Every product is quality-checked before shipping, but in rare cases where something goes wrong, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✔ Defective or Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or faulty item.

✔ Size Issue

If the product delivered has a clear size mismatch from what you ordered.


Return Conditions

To ensure fairness for all customers, please note:

  • Returns are accepted only on the same day of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Photo or video proof of the defect/issue is required during the return request.


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong color/design choice by the customer

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Missing packaging or tags


Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded as store credit in your Zedra Fashions Wallet.

  • Store credit is added within 24–72 hours after item verification.

  • You can use store credit to purchase any product from our website.

  • Store credits are non-refundable to bank accounts and non-transferable.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support on the same day of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number, photos/videos, and a short explanation.

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return process.
